How We Can Work Together
I offer personalized therapy designed around your goals and comfort. Whether you prefer in-person sessions or online therapy from home, I provide evidence-based treatment in a safe, non-judgmental space.
As an Art Therapist, I use creativity and curiosity through experimental methods to support children, adolescents, and adults in finding their way of expressing themselves.
Accepting that there are many ways to express whatever is felt (and it may be difficult to find words for), art therapy offers a safe way to become aware of what arises from the unconscious.
Individual Therapy
One-on-one support using CBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness techniques.
Online Therapy
Secure video sessions for convenience, privacy, and accessibility.
Free Consultation
15-minute call to discuss your needs and see if we're a good fit.
